First your going to have to get some Leather for the project see

Dashboard and Door upper Padded Panels
See the 1965 Mercedes 220 SE get a headliner installed just like they did back
in the day !
First you have see the1st task to be performed Original headliner Replacement
You have to take apart the complete assembly and reinstall so it looks like you were never
there!
see the picture of the 1965 220 SE Headliner before the total restoration!
Then you have the Auto glass shop remove the front and rear glass with the
moldings,they will reinstall after the headliner is completed with new rubber seals

REPLACEING the Headliner Assembly To look like this
Remove the oem material clean roof and glue new insulation pad ,foam to
roof sides and windlace with the inner metal sections
