1st remove the old nasty top and inner tack strips
See the rust on the frame not seen with the old top removed
mrstitch washed the metal frame with KMP # hwd1 metal cleaning detergent that is
brushed on to remove the surface rust then coated with Sem Promax XRP#64013 Next
coated the frame with Sem Trim Black #39143
Next install the inner tack strips from Alknock
Next the mrstitchfront header panel mod
the metal is thin and has many dents that will show if we just cover it like other shops
would

Next install the alknock top supplied by customer Lou Turpen
We had to Stop the installation! top has many seam problems! Plus the hidem
binding was all kinked
Need replacement top immediately to make the due date for completion
Customer had a 2nd top that alknock sent that was the real deal not some top that was
returned by another shop as a blem!
We removed the scag top and reinstalled the new assembly that looks really nice!
Carpet and Pad install new thick sound and heat pad for floor sections,plus rear
section not supplied by kit
